Data Deletion

Local photos and online service records need different steps.

Photos and editable projects on your device

Pluto stores ordinary editing projects locally. Use the available Studio deletion controls to remove a photo/project, or your device or browser storage controls to remove local app data. Export any copies you want to keep first.

Removing local Pluto data does not delete copies saved to your photo library, files you shared, or device/cloud backups. Manage those copies in the relevant photo, file, or backup service. We cannot remotely delete files that exist only on your device.

Cloud AI and Teleport

Optional cloud AI transmits the image, mask where applicable, and prompt needed for your requested operation. Teleport temporarily stores an uploaded photo for transfer. Transfer expiry and storage deletion do not necessarily happen at the same time. Our privacy policy explains these flows and retention limits.

To ask about a particular request or transfer, email support with the approximate date, feature, app version, and platform. Do not send the photo, pairing code, or credentials with your initial request.

Analytics, diagnostics, and purchase records

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of Pluto by contacting support. If we need an app or installation identifier to find relevant records, we will explain how to locate it. Do not post identifiers publicly.

Some information may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Apple and Google control their own store and payment records. Deleting app data does not itself cancel a store subscription.
