Help with editing, exporting, and your data.

Editing without a subscription

Pluto’s editing tools are available without a subscription. If an older installation still shows upgrade prompts, check your app store for the latest available version. Cloud AI needs an internet connection and remains subject to usage and capacity limits.

Saving and reopening

Editable projects are stored locally on the device where you work. Reopen a photo from Studio to continue its saved project. Exporting saves a rendered copy; it is different from keeping an editable project. Keep original photos and exported copies before clearing app storage or changing devices.

Photo exports are JPEG files. Their dimensions depend on the working image and edits. Export does not preserve every original format or all original metadata. Teleport transfers a photo to the web editor, rather than synchronizing the editable project.

Export or AI problems

If saving to your photo library fails, check Pluto's photo permissions and the device's available storage. For cloud AI, check your internet connection. If the service is busy or a usage limit is reached, try again later. A failed operation should not be treated as a completed edit.

Previous purchases

Editing does not require a paid plan. Where shown, Settings includes Manage Previous Subscriptions and Restore Previous Purchases for earlier store records. Store billing is managed through the Apple or Google account used for the purchase.

Contact support

For a bug report, include the app version, your device model, and the steps that led to the problem. A description is usually enough to start; do not send a private photo, password, or payment information.
